Thank you for subscribing to the Clinical Case Generator! We strive to provide you with the best possible service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your subscription, please review our refund policy below.
Monthly Subscriptions
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds for monthly subscriptions are available within 4 days of the initial purchase date.
- Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.
- If you generate 100 or more clinical cases during your subscription period, we will deduct the cost of a one-month subscription from your refund, even if the request is made within the first 4 days of purchase.
- If avaiable the first day of the free-trial period is considered as the first day of premium subscription.
How to Request a Refund:
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at Clinicalcasegenerator@gmail.com with your subscription details and the reason for your refund request.
- We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 4 business days.
Cancellation:
- You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle, unless it is within the specified refund eligibility window.
Three and Six monthly Subscriptions
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds for three and six montly subscriptions are available within 8 days of the initial purchase date.
- If you request a refund within the first 4 days, we will issue a full refund. If your request falls between the 5th and 8th day, we will deduct the cost of one month’s subscription and refund the remaining balance.
- If you generate 150 or more clinical cases during your subscription period, we will deduct the cost of a one-month subscription from your refund, even if the request is made within the first 4 days of purchase.
- If avaiable the first day of the free-trial period is considered as the first day of premium subscription.
